Payment Questions

Since we're still getting so many payment questions flooding in, we wanted to answer them in one place for everyone.
We have absolutely no access to anyone's payment information. All credit cards are run through Kickstarter and none of that information is released to us. They alone are processing everyone's information through their payment platform. What we have been told is that they will take up to two weeks from the end of the campaign (June 3) to process orders. We don't know what exact day they will process any particular order or where we fall in their processing schedule.
Those who need to update credit card information will need to contact Kickstarter directly as that is the only way to change it, or to look in your "account settings" under PAYMENT METHODS. Update your credit card information there. If that doesn't work, then you will have to contact Kickstarter as only Kickstarter can help you with their system.
For those asking about the shipping schedule, it is still posted on our Kickstarter campaign page. Items will be shipped out the first week of the corresponding month of those planned shipments. We do not foresee any delays at this time, but should there be any supply or shipping problems, we will update everyone as soon as we become aware of them.
Anyone who missed the campaign (or who wishes to add more items) will still be able to preorder books or other items once we have the preorder page up. We are working diligently to get that up as soon as possible.

The campaign ended, now what?

First, let us say a huge and heartfelt thank you to all our backers! Thanks to you, the campaign was a huge and resounding success!
Now, the real work on our end begins as we prep the books and begin ordering the products for the boxes. We'll be keeping you apprised every step of the way and we will be posting samples and peeks of items as we go along.
To answer some of the questions that are coming in, we wanted to let everyone know that if Kickstarter has not charged you yet, don't worry. It can take them up to two weeks to process all everyone and their pledge. They will be contacting you about those charges and if you have any questions about your charges, please contact Kickstarter.
We are currently finishing up the survey with the help of our Backerkit allies. Backerkit will be our fulfillment partner moving forward as they are a leading veteran with helping large campaigns such as ours get products into the hands of backers as seamlessly as possible. Backerkit has told us that it normally takes up to two weeks for their survey to be processed and to make its way to all the backers. That survey is where we will be asking for your email, mailing addresses and other pertinent information regarding your order fulfillment. Your information will only be used for order fulfillment and for no other purpose.
We've also been asked if you can purchase ebooks for someone else. The answer is yes. Ebooks will be delivered to the email you specify. So you will be able to choose your recipient's email and we will make sure it is delivered to them.
Most importantly, there will be another chance to get any item you might have missed, such as the fifth volume or additional boxes, added to your order.
When that preorder page is ready, there will be link available on our Kickstarter page: http://YearofAcheron.com and we'll let everyone know when they can begin placing orders for last minute items.
Please bear with us as we work hard to get everything set up and working.

First stretch goal reached!

We knew we could do it! And we're all so thrilled! The invitations are going to be amazing! A fun keepsake/conversation piece.
We're now down to the final 30 hours. We still have time to meet another stretch goal! After all, we hit our original goal in that time. I know we can do it!
Even if we don't, look how far we've come!
We can't thank all of you enough for all your pledges. Every bit raised makes a better product for all. The more money raised, the more we have to put into each box and book to make them better for everyone.
Our designers are busy at work, coming up with the first wave of new gifts for the boxes and we'll be unveiling those once we have them finalized, and Sherri will begin combining the books next week after she hands in her latest WIP (and gets her son home from college).
This is so exciting, and we're so grateful to all of you. Thank you for your support! Sherri always says that she has the best fans/readers in the business. Again and again, y'all prove it!

I have to apologize for the newsletter and posts I just sent out. I had two folders made up. One for 72 hours and one for 48. Guess which one I accidentally chose today? I was thinking it was already June 1st. That sneaky 31st day of the month crept in and I forgot the old poem (I know. I should have looked at my calendar).
So for everyone who got my emails and posts, we have one extra day to get pledges in. I own my mistake and deeply apologize for it. But that means that I won't be sending out the 48 hour posts as I don't want to spam anyone.
That being said, we are nearing the final stages of the Kickstarter and we are prepping the surveys to go out.
This has been really exciting for all of us. We've learned a lot and continue to search for more fun and unique items to add to the boxes. Remember, the more money we raise, the more funds we have to improve the books and the freebies for everyone!
So check those last minute pledges. We still have time to meet stretch goals. After all, we met the campaign goal in less than 72 hours. We can meet all those stretch goals, too!

4 Days And Couting!

We are preparing the Backerkit surveys to go out in four days when the campaign ends and have had several meetings with our fulfillment partners. So far, everything is on track to ship on time!
We're still getting emails from backers wanting to know how to add the fifth volume on to their pledge. To do that, you'll have to click the green "manage my pledge" button (some browsers might have different language, but it will be similar to "manage my pledge"). You'll have to reselect your original pledge tier (all pledge tiers are still available) and then select the fifth volume as an add on. If you can't get this done at this time, don't worry. We will have one last chance for you to add the fifth volume on when we send out the survey at the end of the campaign.
