All the Paladin boxes have been shipped. We do have some leftover items that can be purchased on the QueenandSparrow.com site.
We're still waiting for Volumes 3 & 4 to come in. As the books are still in production, we don't have a precise ETA at this time. When the books are en route to us, we will let everyone know. But please be aware that it can take 3-5 months for the shipment to reach us, depending on how long it takes to clear customs. 3 & 4 will be mailed out as a set just like we did with 1 & 2.
Volume 5 will ship after they do. Since we don't know how long it will take to get 3 & 4 out, we don't have an ETA on when Vol 5 will ship. Please note that we will post updates at the first of the month. So please keep an eye out for those emails the first week of the month, or please check the updates on the Kickstarter campaign page.
To be fair to all backers, the ebooks will go out when we start shipping the physical books.

Happy Holiday season to everyone.
Per our last update, we are working on getting the last of the Paladin Mystery boxes mailed out from the campaign. This entails every mystery box that was ordered for this campaign. We're wanting to get all those into backer hands for the holiday season. We're hoping to have the last of them mailed out by next week.
We're still waiting for Volumes 3 & 4 to come in. As the books are still in production, we don't have a precise ETA at this time. When the books are en route to us, we will let everyone know. We are so sorry for the delay. For those who haven't heard, we just had a major move for the store and we are working as hard as we can to get everything unboxed and ready to ship. We're hoping to start shipping the next round of Paladin Mystery boxes in the next couple of weeks and to have all the boxes out to fans no later than the holiday season.
As for the books, we are shipping volumes 3 & 4 together, as we did the first two. But we won't be shipping those until after all the Menyon boxes are out to backers. The ebooks won't be sent out until we begin shipping the physical books. We are hoping that will be at the first of the 2024 year. Once we get those two volumes out to everyone, then we will do Volume 5.
We deeply appreciate everyone's patience as this endeavor has been much larger than we ever anticipated and we have learned so much while completing it.

Vols 1 & 2 are heading out to backers

Yay! All the boxes for the first round of books (Vols 1 & 2) are out and heading toward our backers!!
Please give us ten days to do DragonCon and return, then we'll get started on sending out all the Paladin mystery boxes for the rest of the year. We're hoping by then that Vols 3 & 4 will be arriving and we'll get started on shipping those out. We'll let everyone know once we receive those and start packing & shipping them.
For those who ordered only Volume 5, please note that Vols 3 & 4 will ship before we do 5. Those are slated to ship in 2024.

First, let us start off by saying how much we love and adore our readers and backers. You guys have been awesome and we really appreciate you and your patience as we fulfill your orders.
We know it's August and we are still very busy shipping books. We have just under 2000 orders left to ship out of volumes 1 & 2. Please bear with us as we do our best to fulfill all orders as fast as we can. Please note that we shipped the older orders and those who backed the campaign first.
If you have not received an email about your shipment, then you're one of the 2000 we are doing our best to fulfill. We're sorry it's taking so long, but know that we are working long hours, 7 days a week to get them out. Each book has to be opened and hand signed, checked, then very carefully rewrapped before it can be shipped to the backer so that the books will arrive undamaged. It's been rainy and on rainy days, we cannot go to the post office as there's no way to pack the car without books getting wet and we don't want to risk damaging them.
But please be assured that we are doing our very best to get your books to you just as fast as we can. Thousands and thousands of orders have already been filled, and as I said, we are down to the last 2000. Our goal is to get all volumes 1 & 2 out the door before DragonCon as we won't be able to ship at all during that event. Fingers crossed we make it. But again, if we don't, we will not be able to ship books from Aug 30-Sept 5.

The one BIG exception to using the portal: Address Changes. If you need to change your address, please do no use the portal to do so. Please contact us ASAP staff@mightybarnacle. com and let us know what your new address is.
Once we get all the first two volumes shipped, we will then ship out the remaining boxes. Once all the mystery Paladin boxes are shipped, we will begin shipping volumes 3 & 4.
After 3 & 4 ship, we will then begin shipping volume 5. We do not have a projected schedule at this time. But please be aware that we will let everyone know when the last of volumes 1 & 2 ship, when we ship the last of the mystery Paladin boxes, and when we begin and finish shipping volumes 3 & 4. As well we when we begin shipping volume 5.
We are still asking for backers to check their orders through their portal https://acheron.backerkit.com/ before they contact us. Most questions can be answered by visiting the portal, especially if the question is in regard to what has been ordered, if it's been shipped, your address, and ebook downloads. We really appreciate your help with this as a single email can take us up to an hour to research.
Please remember that we will post updates here on Kickstarter the first week of the month. If we are a little late, such as this coming September when we will all be at DragonCon, know that we will post as soon as we're back. If no update is posted, please read the previous update. We promise that we will let everyone know as soon as we can when something changes.
